摘要: 火炬系统是保证装置安全生产、减少环境污染的重要设施,火炬系统的设计关系到装置的安全,安全是相对的,投资与安全是对立统一的。合理确定火炬的设计负荷,可以在保证装置安全的前提下,节省工程投资和占地、减少操作和运行费用。文章介绍了确定石油化工装置火炬设计负荷的基本原则,不同事故工况下火炬排放量的计算方法和减少火炬设计负荷的措施,对石油化工装置火炬系统的设计有一定的指导意义

Abstract: Flare system is an important facility to ensure production safety and reduce environmental pollution of petrochemical plants. The design of flare system is related to the safety of plants. Safety is relative, and investment and safety are in unity of opposites. Reasonable determination of flare design load can save the investment and floor space and reduce the operation and maintenance costs under the premise of ensuring plant safety. This paper introduces the basic principle of determining the design load of flare system, the calculation method of relieving flowrate under different scenarios, and the ways to reduce the design load of flare in petrochemical plants, which has certain guiding significance for flare design of petrochemical plants.
